Seats: 10 Per Sign Up.
Workload Availability: Unlimited.
Project Term: 3 Years minimum.
Contract Period: 1 Year and renewable.
End Client: Domestic Publication House (Mumbai City).
Workload: 8500 pages for 10 seats per Month.
Workload Submission: Date to Month.
Fixed Payout: Rs.24,000/- Per seat Per Month.
Royalty: 10% on monthly gross billing for the complete contract period and on renewals

Training: Provided Online. On-Site training also provided. (Center will bear all expenses of 2 Training Managers which includes To & Fro Air-Travel (From Mumbai), Hotel Accomodation, Local Travelling & All other extra expenses incurred).

Payout Date: 10 - 15 Business Days after the invoice is submitted.

Payout Mode: Online Transfer (Official Bank Charges Applicable). Cheque/Demand Draft (Only By Courier). No Cash Deposits.

Project Delivery Fees:
Rs.2,50,000/- Plus 10.3% S.T. Payable in 3 Parts:
a) 1st Payment on sign up will be Rs.1,30,000 Plus 10.3% S.T.
b) 2nd Payment of Rs.60,000/- Plus 10.3% S.T. will be deducted from the first billing,
c) 3rd Payment of Rs.60,000/- Plus 10.3% S.T. will be deducted from the second billing.

Quality Parameters: Rework - If the client judges the accuracy below 25% center will do the required rework/corrections and resubmit.. There will be no payment deduction/blocking (Full or Part Payment) on occurrence of Re-Work.

Project Delivery Fees Security: Provided in form of Cheque.

Sign Up Location and Format: Mumbai. On Legal Rs.500/- Stamp Paper/Bank Franking and Notarized.
