2. Electricity & Water Bill will be retrieved by Tenants upon ditributing it in all which is a variable part of rent, irrespective of who has wasted electricity & water how much (So, switch off if not required).

3. In Case of damage / detoriation / spoiling / theft of property, scraping on walls (cost of plastic paint will be recovered for whole room), the cost will be retrieved by tenants & Deposit (s) of responsible tenants may be forfieted owner has all authority to do so.

4. Tenants involved in illegal activities or in creating disturbance to neighbours or valid complaints may lead to immediate evacuation with their deposit forfieted.

5. Tenants are required to deposit Photo Copies (Xerox) of their:
