Job Description:

This is a In house Voice process.

This is a customer service process.

Candidates will be required to communicate with customers.

Candidates will be required to make outbound calls.

Candidates will be required to do registration for free magazines

Desired Profile:

Candidates must be willing to work in UK shifts.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills (English and Gujarati).

Any Graduates or undergraduates can apply

Undergraduates need to have 6 months of work experience in a BPO

Freshers can apply.

The ability to co-operate and work effectively as part of a team.

A concern for quality, accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills both in English and a good telephone manner
